The 8500 is the perfect balance for me as I like the more modern tech a d ceramic bezel and .THE SEAMASTER PLANET OCEAN 600M COLLECTION. The Seamaster Planet Ocean has paid homage to OMEGA’s ocean heritage since 2005. Today, the collection stands at the forefront of watchmaking excellence with Master Chronometer certification, innovative design and the most state-of-the-art materials.Available through the OMEGA online shop, the Planet Ocean comes in 37.5mm, 39.5mm or 43.5mm sizes, as well as larger 45.5mm chronograph versions, while the material choices include stainless steel, 18K gold, titanium and even ceramic watches. There are some very spot-on observations in this thread that I agree with, after having owned my steel PO 8500 for 4 or 5 months.
